Choose your device
Come to the shop, compare models in your hand, and pick the one that fits your budget.

Bring your documents
A valid identity document, and a guarantor where the plan requires one. We will tell you exactly what is needed in your case.

Agree the plan
We set the down payment, the monthly amount and the number of months together, and you see the total before deciding.

Sign the contract
Both sides sign, you keep a copy, and the plan is fixed — it does not change afterwards.

Take the phone home
The device is set up and handed over on the same visit.

Pay monthly, get a receipt
Every payment is recorded and receipted. When the final payment is made, the device is fully and permanently yours.

Clear about the device during the plan
While an installment plan is running, financed devices may be enrolled in our installment management system, which is used only to manage the plan for its duration. Emergency calls always remain available, nothing is ever wiped, and the device is fully released to you when the final payment is made. This is explained in the shop and stated in the contract before you sign.

Do you really sell phones on installments?
Yes. Installment sale is a core part of what we do. You pay a down payment, take the device the same day, and pay the rest monthly under a signed contract.
What do I need in order to buy on installments?
A valid identity document, a phone number we can reach you on, and the agreed down payment. Some plans also require a guarantor. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what applies in your case.
Are the devices original?
Yes — we sell sealed, original devices. If a device is anything other than new and sealed, we say so before you buy.
Is there a warranty?
Supported devices carry their manufacturer or agency warranty, and we help you make the claim. Physical damage and liquid damage are not covered by any manufacturer warranty.
