Deedat Phone (registered trade name: Peshangay Deedat) is a mobile phone showroom in Bahari Nwe, Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq, owned by Ismail Omar Sufi. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

For a cash purchase, we usually need only your name and phone number, for the receipt and any warranty claim.

For an installment purchase, we additionally collect the identity details required by the contract — your identity document, your address, your phone number, and, where a guarantor is required, the guarantor’s equivalent details. We also keep a record of the device sold and of each payment made.

This website itself does not ask you to create an account and does not collect payment details.

To complete the sale and issue receipts.

To prepare, run and enforce an installment contract, including contacting you about upcoming or missed payments.

To handle warranty and after-sales matters.

To meet record-keeping obligations under applicable law.

We message customers on WhatsApp using the number they gave us, about matters connected to their purchase — order and availability updates, installment reminders, and replies to questions you send us.

We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them, and we do not buy or sell contact lists. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time, by replying in the chat or by telling us in the shop, and we will stop.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only where it is necessary: with a manufacturer or service centre when we are processing a warranty claim on your behalf, and with the competent authorities where we are legally required to do so.

A device financed through an installment plan may be enrolled in our installment management system for the duration of the plan. That system holds the device identifier and the payment schedule, and it is used only to manage the plan. It does not read your personal files, messages or photos, emergency calling always remains available, and the device is fully released at final payment.

Sale and installment records are kept while the contract is running, and afterwards for the period required for accounting and legal purposes. When a record is no longer needed, it is destroyed.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where neither the law nor a running contract requires us to keep it. Come to the shop, or contact us using the details below.
