Terms of Sale and Use

Prices and stock change often. Anything shown on this website is for information and is not a binding offer. The price that applies is the one confirmed in the shop, or in your WhatsApp conversation with us, at the time of purchase.

An installment purchase is governed by a written contract signed by both sides. The down payment, the monthly amount, the number of months and the total are stated in that contract before signing.

Full ownership of the device transfers to the customer when the final installment is paid. Until then the device remains subject to the terms of the contract, including enrolment in our installment management system where the contract states it.

Missed payments are handled as set out in the contract. We contact the customer first; we do not act without notice.

Devices are covered by the manufacturer or agency warranty that applies to them, for the period that warranty states. We will help you make a claim.

Physical damage, liquid damage, and damage from unauthorised repair are not covered by any manufacturer warranty.

Accessories, opened software items, and devices damaged after handover are not returnable. Anything else is handled case by case — talk to us.

This website describes our business and our services. The content, the brand name and the logo belong to Deedat Phone. Product names and logos of other brands belong to their respective owners and appear here only to describe what we stock.
